Risk disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves a high risk of losing the capital you invest. Please read this notice carefully before opening an account or placing any trade.

Last updated:

1. General risk

Around 74% to 89% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading complex financial derivatives. Consider whether you understand how these products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

Trading Forex, crypto assets, CFDs, commodities, indices, stocks and ETFs may not be suitable for all investors. Never invest money you need for essential expenses or cannot afford to lose.

2. Leverage

Leverage lets you open positions larger than the amount deposited. It magnifies gains but also losses: a small price move against your position can quickly wipe out your entire balance and, in extreme market conditions, lead to losses exceeding your initial deposit.

3. Volatility and liquidity

  • Prices can move quickly and unpredictably, especially around economic news releases, central bank decisions and geopolitical events.
  • In low-liquidity conditions, orders may be filled at prices different from those requested (slippage), including Stop Loss orders.
  • Prices may gap away from the previous close, for example after weekends or public holidays.

4. Crypto-specific risks

Crypto assets are extremely volatile, trade 24/7 and can move by tens of percent within hours. Their prices may be affected by regulatory changes, technology failures, cyberattacks and low liquidity at certain times.

5. Operational and technology risks

Failures in internet connections, devices, software or third-party providers may prevent or delay the sending and execution of orders. Keep your devices secure and use two-factor authentication.

6. Demo account and past performance

Results achieved on the demo account do not guarantee results on a live account, as execution and a trader's emotional behavior may differ with real money. Past performance, testimonials, signals and analysis are not a guarantee of future results.
